Join your neighbours, friends and family – sign up, we’ll give you a quick call and find out what you need to get active and connected.

Welcome pack

This is your personal bag of tools to get you motivated and moving. It’s put together based on what you tell us you need and can include things like a Fridge Planner, Sport and Recreation Directory and information about local activities.

Ongoing support

We offer personal, ongoing support throughout the program. The level of support you receive is totally up to you – we’re here to help you reach your goals.

A little bit extra

Our supporters and partners want you to be successful – so they’ll be offering various activities and options throughout the program. Keep an eye out for these additional opportunities!

Community connections

Online communities are a great place to share stories, ideas, tips and hints – or even meet new people who share the same interest in activities (such as walking groups and social sports) and would like to start a group together.
